Marnie C. Lambert has been a licensed attorney for nearly 30 years and is experienced in both private sector and public sector practice.  She is admitted to practice in California and Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Miami University of Ohio in 1989 and her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1992.

Early in her career Ms. Lambert served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio. Ms. Lambert is experienced in all aspects of litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as in various alternative dispute resolution forums including FINRA, AAA and JAMS.  During the last 15 years, she primarily has handled securities matters, representing both customers in arbitration and financial advisors in arbitration, regulatory and other matters.
